We are seeking a Data Enrichment Coordinator to build and maintain a world-class sales and marketing database. This role involves ensuring contact and company data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, allowing Sales and Marketing teams to focus on customer engagement rather than research. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed, investigative work and aims to grow a career in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Development, gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools. Key responsibilities include researching, validating, and enriching data across sales and marketing systems, cleaning and maintaining records in Salesforce and HubSpot, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting data quality initiatives.
Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in a data-driven, administrative, sales support, or marketing support role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com
- Experience with tools such as Demandbase, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar platforms
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required

- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Resourceful with AI tools to support research and enrichment
- Investigative mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Job Description
- Research, validate, and enrich contact and company data across sales and marketing systems
- Clean, update, and maintain records in tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing fields
- Follow established data standards, naming conventions, and workflows
- Ensure data accuracy to minimize downstream impact on Sales and Marketing teams
- Support ongoing data quality initiatives that reduce friction and improve efficiency
Qualifications
