Job Summary
Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a Front-end Angular Developer for EU Institutions in Brussels. The role involves designing and building responsive front-end applications with Angular (12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS/SCSS, integrating REST services, and implementing secure authentication flows. The developer will collaborate with Java teams on micro-services architecture, write clean, maintainable code, and contribute to Agile ceremonies, ensuring high-quality UX and performance.
Must Have
- Design and build responsive, accessible front-end applications with Angular (12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS/SCSS.
- Integrate and consume REST services; collaborate on OpenAPI specifications and API contracts.
- Implement secure authentication/authorization flows using OpenID/OpenID Connect.
- Work closely with Java teams (Java EE 8+, Spring 4+ / Spring Boot 2+, Hibernate 5+).
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code; contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement.
- Optimize performance, maintain cross-browser compatibility, and ensure a high-quality UX.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retros) and clear documentation.
- Use Maven 2+ for build/packaging.
- Familiarity with database topics (SQL/PLSQL, MongoDB, NoSQL concepts).
- Experience contributing to micro-services based systems.

- Designing and building responsive, accessible front‑end applications with Angular (12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS/SCSS.
- Integrating and consuming REST services; collaborating on OpenAPI specifications and API contracts with back‑end teams.
- Implementing secure authentication/authorization flows using OpenID/OpenID Connect.
- Working closely with Java teams (Java EE 8+, Spring 4+ / Spring Boot 2+, Hibernate 5+) to deliver end‑to‑end features in a micro‑services architecture.
- Writing clean, maintainable, well‑tested code; contributing to code reviews and continuous improvement.

- Contributing to Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retros) and clear documentation.

- Data: SQL/PLSQL; familiarity with NoSQL concepts and MongoDB.
- APIs & Security: REST, OpenId/OpenID Connect, OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Architecture: Experience contributing to micro‑services based systems.
