Job Summary
As a Production Flow Coordinator, you are key to ensuring the efficient flow of vehicles in the reconditioning process. You always know where each vehicle is, report blockages, analyze causes, and advise department managers on concrete improvement actions. You provide analyses and recommendations to increase process efficiency and productivity, ensuring the smooth running of all stages, from reception to sale. You will monitor vehicles in real-time, identify bottlenecks, analyze process data, prioritize vehicles, and initiate small improvement projects.
Must Have
- Monitor vehicles in real-time within the production process.
- Identify bottlenecks or delays and advise on corrective actions.
- Analyze process data and prepare reports for department managers.
- Prioritize vehicles based on process phase (shipping, washing, photography, etc.) and advise on flow optimization.
- Control internal and external workshop processes (fuel supply, vehicle inspections, etc.).
- Initiate small improvement projects (process optimizations or CAPEX investments) based on analyses.
- Proactively advise and contribute to a creative, solution-oriented team culture.
- Interest in the automotive sector.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive, curious, and capable of performing analyses autonomously and providing advice.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets; able to analyze data and present clear reports.
- Efficient, motivated, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- University degree or equivalent experience; beginners are welcome.
- Fluent French.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of vehicles and strong computer skills are a plus.
- Other languages are an asset.
