Job Summary
Daxko powers wellness to improve lives by providing solutions for health & wellness facilities. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Daxko, you will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, generating interest and identifying needs for Daxko's software. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and play a key role in driving Daxko's growth and success. This position is ideal for motivated, coachable individuals ready to launch or accelerate their sales career.
Must Have
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings
- Manage and nurture leads through Outreach cadences
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and goals
- Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked
- Keep accurate, detailed notes and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
Good to Have
- 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
- Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus!

What You’ll Do

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
Preferred:
- 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
- Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus!
Additional Information
The the pay range for this role is $17.00 - $21.00 per hour and includes a variable compensation target of $12,000- $15,000 annually.. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
