Job Summary

This role is for a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer responsible for the installation, debugging, maintenance, and technical support of various semiconductor production line equipment, including FEP (EPI, VF, RTP), ETCH, PVD, CVD, DIFF, and WET machines. The engineer will also be responsible for responding to customer needs, providing training, collecting feedback, and promoting spare parts sales. A bachelor's or master's degree in mechatronics, microelectronics, control, or automation, along with relevant FAB work experience, is required. The position involves on-site service and requires strong communication skills.

Must Have

  • Install, debug, and accept semiconductor production line equipment (FEP, ETCH, PVD, CVD, DIFF, WET)
  • Respond to customer needs and resolve equipment usage issues
  • Perform daily equipment maintenance and provide technical support
  • Conduct customer equipment usage training
  • Collect customer feedback and promote spare parts/equipment sales
  • Write daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance reports
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Control, or Automation
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment assembly, debugging, operation, maintenance, and FAB work
  • Clear and smooth communication with customers
  • Ability to provide on-site service

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the receiving, installation, debugging, and acceptance of semiconductor production line FEP equipment (with experience in EPI, VF, RTP equipment), etching ETCH, physical vapor deposition PVD, chemical vapor deposition CVD, vertical furnace DIFF, and cleaning machine WET.

2. Respond to customer needs at any time, solve customer equipment usage problems, perform daily equipment maintenance and technical support, and provide customer equipment usage training.

3. Collect and feedback customer demand information, establish good cooperative relationships with customers, and promote spare parts sales and secondary equipment sales.

4. Write daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance logs and reports.

5. Complete other tasks arranged by the department.

Qualifications

1. Majors in mechatronics, microelectronics, control, automation, and other engineering hardware-related fields.

2. Full-time bachelor's/master's degree (educational requirements may be relaxed for those with particularly relevant industry experience).

3. Experience in semiconductor industry or related industry equipment assembly, debugging, operation, maintenance, and FAB work experience.

4. Clear and smooth communication, positive attitude, able to communicate well with customers.

5. Accept the nature of Party B's work, respond to customer needs at any time, and provide on-site service.
