Job Summary
Micron Technology is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sr. MTB PWF MRDA Process Engineer to join their team in Taiwan. This role involves applying RDA tools for defect detection, using SPC for process monitoring, and swiftly resolving abnormalities. Key responsibilities include continuous process parameter adjustment, supporting CIP projects, participating in quality system activities like PFMEA and Control Plan, and collaborating with IT, DS, and APC teams for tool development and maintenance. The engineer will also assist in equipment technology transfer and new equipment implementation.
Must Have
- Apply RDA tools for detecting and tracking inline defects.

- Diagnose and resolve process abnormalities swiftly.
- Adjust process parameters continuously and support area CIP projects.
- Participate actively in quality system activities such as PFMEA and Control Plan.

- Assist in equipment technology transfer and new equipment implementation.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience with RDA/AOI tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Outstanding ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at balancing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Process Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Apply RDA tools for detecting and tracking inline defects, and use SPC for monitoring processes and analyzing trends.
- Diagnose and resolve process abnormalities swiftly to minimize downtime and improve equipment utilization.
Process Optimization & Improvement
- Adjust process parameters continuously and support area CIP projects.
- Participate actively in quality system activities such as PFMEA and Control Plan.
- Collaborate with area process engineers to strengthen inline defense line (DL3).
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Support
- Partner with IT, DS, and APC teams on tool development and maintenance.
- Assist in equipment technology transfer and the successful implementation of new equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience with RDA/AOI tools, with a minimum of 5-6 years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Outstanding ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at balancing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to convey complex technical information effectively.
