This role focuses on developing and expanding the supplier base, establishing and maintaining a standardized supplier evaluation system, and integrating supply chain resources. Key responsibilities include conducting on-site inspections, sample testing, and business negotiations. The manager will also analyze market price trends, lead cost negotiations, and ensure compliance with cooperation agreements to optimize procurement costs and build a diversified supply network.

1. Supplier Development and Expansion: Formulate supplier development plans based on company business needs; identify potential suppliers through industry exhibitions, online platforms, resource matching, and peer recommendations; complete preliminary screening and qualification review.
2. Supplier Evaluation and Access: Establish a standardized supplier evaluation system (covering capacity, quality, price, delivery, environmental protection, compliance, after-sales service, etc.); organize on-site inspections, sample testing, business negotiations, and other evaluation processes; complete supplier access review, and build and continuously update a qualified supplier database.
3. Supply Chain Resource Integration: Integrate upstream and downstream supply chain resources, expand alternative suppliers and substitute resources, and build a "main + alternative" diversified supply pattern to reduce the risk of reliance on a single supplier; for core categories, promote strategic cooperation with suppliers and optimize supply terms and collaboration models.
4. Cost and Business Negotiation: Analyze market price trends and industry cost composition; lead or participate in supplier business negotiations (price, payment terms, delivery cycle, warranty terms, etc.); reduce procurement/cooperation costs through bidding, centralized procurement, long-term agreements, and other methods; sign cooperation agreements and supervise their implementation.
