The People Relations Manager will manage and develop regional People Operations, providing high-quality HR service delivery, employee relations, performance, and policy advice to managers and employees in Bengaluru. This role involves maintaining employee records, managing compensation and reward cycles, supporting policy creation and updates, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and partnering with stakeholders to drive HR strategy. The manager will also handle complex ER cases, support change programs, and contribute to performance management processes, aiming to foster human progress through knowledge.
Must Have
- Manage and develop regional People Operations remit.
- Provide high quality operational HR service delivery, employee relations, performance and policy advice.
- Maintain complete and current record of employees, reward and recognition, and policy updates.
- Support creation of new policies and ensure people function compliances.
- Attend the Bengaluru office 3 days per week.
- Manage HR business policies, processes, and systems to meet legislative requirements.
- Handle complex ER cases, conduct investigations, and manage reporting.
- Adept with regional employment laws and updates.
- Support coordination of the full T&F Compensation and Reward cycle.
- Drive, communicate, and build commitment to T&F performance management policies.
- Responsible for annual Insurance Benefits renewals and data management.
- Support HR reporting and data management projects.
- Significant experience in HR Operations and generalist HR.
- In-depth knowledge of local employment legislation and payroll processes.
- Experience in the management of ER cases, Redundancies, Terminations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Job Description
Manage and develop the People Operations regional remit and provide high quality operational HR service delivery, employee relations, performance and policy advice to Managers and employees of the business / Bengaluru entity.
Responsible for maintaining a complete and current record of employees, reward and recognition, policy updates, crucial support in creation of new policies for the entity, industry updates and support people function compliances and being the key link between the different HR functions essential for the entity.
This role will require you to attend our office in Bengaluru, India, 3 days per week. Closing date for applications: 8th December 2025.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the regional People Employee Relations/Operations remit to deliver an excellent HR service to the business developing, reviewing, updating and maintaining HR business policies, processes and systems to meet legislative requirements, reduce operational risk and meet HR best practice standards to provide the most effective and flexible HR solutions.
- Manage the provision of appropriate HR support to Business Stakeholders/ Heads/Managers in the business, for people related casework, projects and day to day HR tasks as found relevant.
- Working along with the Head HR Bengaluru and align with Global People Relations team to review and identify trends from employee cases, leavers and sickness absence and make recommendations for improvement.
- Project manage the review, development, and upkeep of Policies, practises, HR Process, Staff Handbooks where applicable to ensure the delivery of an appropriate and consistent HR service to the business in line with local legislation and T&F values.
- Undertake the management of complex ER cases, conduct investigations and manage the reporting of findings and recommendations.
- Support global team in Change programs providing HR operational expertise in managing regional policy deliverables.
- Adept with regional employment laws and updates for changes in laws adoption and policy updated.
- Manage the partnership with the Bengaluru HR team to maintain HR service standards in collaboration with the People Operations Excellence team and People Business Partner.
- Partner with Senior Leadership and other key stakeholders in the business to fully understand their key business drivers and to build their understanding of and commitment to the HR strategy, policies and processes.
- Responsible for supporting the coordination of the full T&F Compensation and Reward cycle, support Compensation and Reward processes and systems to ensure all compensation and reward initiatives (e.g. annual pay review, annual bonus etc.) are reviewed & delivered to time and standard.
- Drive, communicate and build commitment to T&F performance management policies and processes into the business through training and coaching, overseeing the business wide management of PP’s (Performance Plans) and building continuous improvement processes to support the HR strategy of global performance-based culture.
- Support the Business in the performance plans structure and review process to support Managers and employees through the process and outcomes.
- Support in acquisitions and restructures as necessary for Policy & practices alignment.
- Responsible for annual Insurance Benefits renewals and data management, engaging with vendors for customer services and positive employee experience. Recommend & drive benefits and wellness initiatives.
- Support any HR reporting and data management projects
- Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery and analysis of HR management information on a regular and ad hoc basis as required.
- Support L&D team to collaborate & facilitate Business learning plans & budgets.
- Support the audit requirements when initiated by the business to complete the compliances such as Tax Audits, Labour Law audits etc.
- Provide support and work along with Head HR in special initiatives and projects essential and derived for the business / entity operations.
- Provide administration support to Head HR to deliver the business needs as deemed essential.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure that an excellent HR service is always delivered to the business.
- Provide continuous improvements recommendation to process and policy updates.
- Manage the partnership with the HR vendors, working cordially with them to maintain service standards and deliverables.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Qualifications -
- Significant experience in HR Operations
- Very Strong generalist experience
- In-depth knowledge of local employment legislation
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and reporting
- Experience in the management of ER cases, Redundancies, Terminations
- Experience of working to drive HR policy and process
- Knowledge of health & safety
- People management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.,)
