As a Sales Operations Support student at Swiss Re, you will join the EMEA Sales Operations team, coordinating Reinsurance Life & Health business. This role involves supporting the team in administering reinsurance business, including data processing, tools administration, preparing materials (PowerPoint, Excel), scheduling meetings, and participating in team/market meetings. You will collaborate with other departments to achieve Swiss Re's objectives.
Must Have
- University education (Bachelor´s or Master´s degree)
- Advanced English and Spanish/Italian/German/French (min. B2)
- Very good command of MS Office package (especially Excel and Word)
- Reliable individual with good communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking
- Strong team player
- Support the team of Sales Operations in administrating the reinsurance business

About the Team
Successful candidate will be part of EMEA Sales Operations team with overall responsibility for coordinating the Reinsurance Life & Health business in collaboration with Sales Operations Analyst on a given market. Sales Operations are the power-wheel in the mechanism between our internal clients and port of call for all tasks related to onboarding of reinsurance treaties.
About the Role
In this role you will know the structure, needs and potential of our clients and collaborate with other departments of the Swiss Re Group for the accomplishment of Swiss Re objectives.
You will be responsible for supporting the team of Sales Operations in administrating the reinsurance business on the given market. This position includes data processing, tools administration and preparation of various materials (Power point presentation, Excel Sheets, etc.), scheduling of meetings, participating on team/market meetings and any other tasks upon requests.
