Commercial Advisor (M/F/X) - Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport - Permanent Contract

Sixt is recruiting a full-time Commercial Advisor on a permanent contract for its Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport agency. The role involves welcoming and advising customers, developing sales of mobility products and services, assisting with vehicle handover, inspecting vehicles, and participating in administrative and logistical management to ensure a premium customer experience.

To better support our customers in their mobility, we are recruiting a Commercial Advisor on a permanent contract to strengthen the existing team. Join the Lyon airport agency and integrate the SIXT brand, globally recognized for its high-end service and premium vehicle fleet.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You welcome and advise our customers to better meet their needs and offer them the best experience.
• You develop sales by offering our personalized mobility products and services.
• You assist our customers with vehicle handover.
• You also check our vehicles at customer departures and returns to guarantee a premium fleet.
• You participate in the administrative management of our agency and the logistical management of our fleet.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Sales & service: you have experience in sales and service professions. You are results-oriented and do everything possible to achieve the set objectives. You attach paramount importance to customer satisfaction by offering premium service and an exceptional experience to each customer.
• Team spirit: you have a strong sense of collective and enjoy working in a team towards common goals.
• License: you hold a valid B license, you will be required to move vehicles for the operational needs of your agency.
• Languages: you are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, to serve our national and international clientele. Mastery of an additional language would be a plus.
• Flexible hours: you are available to work on a rotating schedule on an annualized 35H/week contract. The agency's hours are as follows: Monday - Saturday: 7h - 23h | Sun / Public holidays: 8h - 23h
