Job Description

In this role, you will be the "beating heart" of our Italian startup.

Some aspects of your work will include:

  • Responding to customer questions;
  • Determining if they meet the criteria of interest or eligibility for purchasing the company's products or services;
  • Presenting offers: convincingly presenting the company's offers to interested potential customers. Explaining the advantages and features of the products or services, responding to objections, and negotiating sales conditions, such as prices and survey and installation dates;
  • Customer management: managing the entire sales cycle, from the first contact with the customer to the signing of the contract. This may include sending commercial proposals, following up with potential customers, and coordinating with other internal departments to ensure the correct execution of sales;
  • CRM update: entering customer information on a dedicated CRM;
  • Staying updated on product or industry news: constantly staying updated on the features and benefits of the company's products or services, as well as trends and news in the relevant sector.

Qualifications

  • You speak Italian and possess excellent communication skills.
  • You are a passionate and gritty salesperson with experience (even brief) OR you are eager to get involved and learn the job.
  • When you encounter a problem, you see it as a "challenge" and want to find a solution at all costs.
  • You want to learn and build a career, contributing to the creation of the largest "green" company of the 21st century.

Workplace: Astrit Sulejman Balluku, near Sanremo bar (Myslym Shyri), Tirana.

Working hours: full-time 09:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday, (weekend off)
