Job Summary
Devoteam, an AI-driven tech consulting firm specializing in cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data, and sustainability, is seeking a Business Development Representative with German language skills. This role focuses on developing and expanding the customer base in Austria, actively seeking new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships. The representative will assist in key account management, collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams, drive towards sales targets, prepare sales contracts, and engage with clients through personal visits to promote ServiceNow, Cloud, or IT security solutions and IT consulting services.
Must Have
- Develop and expand customer base in Austria
- Actively seek new business opportunities
- Assist in key account management with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams
- Drive towards meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Prepare and finalize sales contracts
- Engage with clients through personal visits to assess needs and promote products/services
- Offer expertise in ServiceNow, Cloud, or IT security solutions and IT consulting services
- IT Solutions & Professional Services Sales experience
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to take the initiative
- Ability to build long-term business relationships
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Driving licence B

As a Business Development Representative, your work activities will revolve around:
- Developing and expanding our customer base in Austria.
- Taking the initiative to actively seek out new business opportunities and explore potential areas for business growth.
- Assisting in key account management, working closely with our sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to develop innovative solutions, offers, and calculations for our clients.
- Driving towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives to contribute to our company's growth.
- Playing a crucial role in preparing and finalizing sales contracts for orders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Engaging with clients and potential customers through personal visits to assess their needs and effectively promote our top-notch products and services.
- You will be part of the sales team offering our expertise in implementation of ServiceNow, Cloud or IT security solutions as well as partnering with customers and providing them with IT consulting services.
Qualifications
You will be a great fit for this role if you have…
- IT Solutions & Professional Services Sales experience.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, to take the initiative and to build long-term business relationships.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written form.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Driving licence B.
