Job Summary

The Business Manager/Sales Engineer will join the commercial entity of the Lyon agency, reporting to the commercial director. Responsibilities include managing and developing a client portfolio, prospecting new clients, detecting projects, managing pre-sales, and monitoring consultants and client satisfaction.

Must Have

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned accounts (ETI & Key Accounts) for value-added consulting offers, structuring projects, and client missions.
  • Prospect / open new perimeters / build and develop relationships with new clients: identify new targets and opportunities.
  • Project detection and end-to-end pre-sales management.
  • Development and animation of your partner network.
  • Monitoring consultants on assignment and client satisfaction.
  • Close monitoring of sold projects, working in 'tandem' with Project Managers / Department Managers.
  • Steering of commercial activity on our CRM (Salesforce) and BI tool: reporting, pipeline, invoicing, forecast.
  • Be proactive in feeding continuous improvement initiatives (process, quality, capitalization, offers-expertise).
  • Bac+4/5 degree in business or management school or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Business Developer, or Account Manager in an ESN.
  • Possess a network within ESNs: clients and partners.

Job Description

As a Business Manager / Sales Engineer:

Within Talan, we offer you to join the commercial entity of the Lyon agency. You will report to the commercial director, be accompanied by experienced colleagues, and contribute to commercial development. You will also be involved in the daily animation of commercial activity.

Daily, your missions will be:

Qualifications
