Job Summary

Assystem is a global engineering company dedicated to accelerating the energy transition by developing low-carbon electricity production and distribution, including nuclear and renewable energies, and modernizing electrical grids. This role is for a Nuclear Business & Digital Transformation Consultant to strengthen SI projects in nuclear operations and engineering. The consultant will act as a liaison between field needs and digital teams, working with EDF's Nuclear and Thermal Production Directorate (DPNT) on FARNUM projects. Responsibilities include gathering business needs, animating workshops, translating functional needs into SI requirements, drafting specifications, project monitoring, functional testing, and change management.

Must Have

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize CNPE business needs
  • Facilitate workshops with field users (operators, engineers)
  • Translate functional needs into understandable requirements for SI/digital teams
  • Participate in drafting specifications
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate exchanges between business and digital teams
  • Prepare and monitor functional testing
  • Support business teams in adopting deployed solutions (change management)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a CNPE environment or digital SI projects in the Nuclear sector
  • Excellent relational posture and comfortable animating meetings with high-level stakeholders
  • Mastery of main EDF / DPNT business tools and IS: EAM, GPS, ECM
  • Good knowledge of nuclear operations and engineering professions
  • Proven skills in AGILE project management and functional AMOA

Job Description

As part of the strengthening of our SI projects for nuclear operations and engineering professions, we are looking for a Nuclear Business & Digital Transformation Consultant M/F, capable of bridging the gap between field needs and digital teams.

You will be at the heart of the business challenges of EDF's Nuclear and Thermal Production Directorate (DPNT), in liaison with operational stakeholders (CNPE) and digital project teams. You will be the privileged contact person on site for all projects related to FARNUM (Rapid Digital Action Force).

In this capacity, your missions will include:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing the business needs of the CNPE;
  • Facilitating workshops with field users (operators, engineers...);
  • Translating functional needs into understandable requirements for SI/digital teams;
  • Participating in the drafting of specifications;
  • Monitoring project progress and coordinating exchanges between business and digital teams;

This position stands out for its business and strategic dimension: it involves piloting the overall roadmap, ensuring the relationship with CNPEs, and carrying a transversal vision of projects, while guaranteeing coherence between operational needs and digital solutions.

Qualifications

  • You must have 3 to 5 years of experience in a CNPE environment or in digital SI projects in the Nuclear sector.
  • You have an excellent relational posture, are comfortable facilitating meetings and interacting with high-level stakeholders.
  • You master the main EDF / DPNT business tools and IS: EAM, GPS, ECM, etc.
  • You have a good knowledge of nuclear operations and engineering professions.
  • You have proven skills in AGILE project management and functional AMOA.
