Web Project Manager M/F

Join the WIDE digital agency of Talan Lyon as a Web Project Manager. You will lead a team, manage various digital projects for major clients in sectors like retail, banking/insurance, industry, and services. Your responsibilities include project planning, budget management, client interaction, and active participation in the design phase. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities and ensure the development and growth of client partnerships and team members.

Must Have

• Lead a team organized in agile or classic mode
• Interface between clients, developers, and other project members
• Pilot various projects and ensure their smooth running with the client
• Manage project phases, ensuring good planning and budget management
• Actively participate in pre-sales: costing, responding to calls for tenders, drafting technical and functional responses, evaluating charges, presentations
• Supervise a team, guaranteeing their activities and service quality
• Master web and portal development technologies (PHP, Drupal, Symfony, Magento, JAVA…)
• Awareness of the ROI concept
• Comfortable with team supervision and project animation
• At least 5 years of professional experience in web projects
• Ability to integrate digital issues into large-scale projects
• Ability to analyze risks, synthesis and analysis skills (written and oral) in French and English

AS A WEB PROJECT MANAGER:

You will join our Wide Digital entity, attached to Micropole and based in Lyon, where you will evolve within a team that relies on the expertise of the Digital Experience Pole's collaborators, recognized for its Agility and composed of 70 #InnovativePeople. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative, rich, and varied digital projects for our clients in different sectors of activity (Health, Insurance, Industry, etc.).

In your daily missions, you will be required to:

• In charge of a team organized in agile or classic mode, you are the interface between our clients, developers, and other members of the project team;
• You pilot the various projects and ensure their smooth running in contact with the client (IT Department, Marketing Department, Commercial Department, Innovation Department, etc.);
• You intervene in the management of the different phases of a project, ensuring good management of the associated planning and budget;
• You are an essential player in the design phase and proactive in supporting businesses in their reflections;
• You can also actively participate in pre-sales: costing, responding to calls for tenders, drafting technical and functional responses, evaluating charges, presentations.
• Finally, you have a role of close supervision of a team, guaranteeing their activities, the arrangements for your clients, and ensuring for each the expected continuity and quality of service. A direct relay for our managers, you are committed to developing and growing client partnerships and collaborators.

Qualifications

Profile

Your technical skills:

• You master Web and portal development technologies (PHP, Drupal, Symfony, Magento, JAVA…) and ideally have a good knowledge of new digital uses;
• You are aware of the concept of ROI;
• You are comfortable with team supervision and project animation;

Your assets:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in web projects; your past experiences have led you to highlight your ability to integrate digital issues into large-scale projects in various business areas (health, industry, public sector);
• You already hold a position as a project manager or lead developer, ideally in a service company or web agency;
• A true team player, you are committed to contributing to the upskilling of your team;
• Finally, you have the ability to analyze risks, synthesis and analysis skills in writing and speaking in French and English, and you are proactive.
