Must Have

• Advise customers, answer questions, and help them find products.
• Operate the cash register, create invoices, and handle money.

• Organize the warehouse, ensure tidiness and proper storage.
• Assist with ordering new products and managing staff planning.

YOUR APPRENTICESHIP AT JYSK

As an apprentice in a JYSK store, you do more than just cashier and stock shelves. You take care of many different tasks in the store, such as:

• Advising customers: You talk to customers, answer their questions and help them find the right products. You become a sales professional.
• Operating the cash register: You learn how to work at the cash register, create invoices and handle money.
• Presenting goods: You present new goods and make sure that the customer wants to buy the product.
• Organizing the warehouse: You ensure that the warehouse is always tidy and that the products are stored correctly.
• Managing orders and personnel planning: You help with ordering new products and ensure that there is always enough stock. You also learn how to deploy personnel effectively.

In monthly, personal discussions, you receive feedback on your progress, potential and apprenticeship-relevant topics. We ensure that you can grow professionally and personally with us. You are in exchange with other apprentices, experienced mentors and qualified trainers.
