Bompard is looking for an experienced full-time Sales Advisor (CDI, 35h) for its flagship store on Rue François 1er. The role involves providing an authentic and unique customer experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining the boutique's image, and actively participating in stock management. Job Description
Bompard is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor (CDI full-time, 35h) to strengthen its team within its second flagship image store located on rue François 1er.
Positions available immediately.
Main missions:
Bring the Bompard experience to life
- Welcome each client with authenticity, elegance, and attention to detail
- Tell the story of our iconic pieces through inspiring discourse
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to make the customer experience unique
- Support a demanding, high-end, local, and international clientele, and contribute to their loyalty
- Participate in the organization of events or highlights
Be a driver of performance
- Contribute to achieving team sales targets
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the point of sale: cash handling, application of procedures, offering our exclusive services
Guarantee the Bompard image
- Ensure the good upkeep of the boutique, according to Bompard standards: product presentation and cleanliness
- Actively participate in stock management: receiving merchandise, tidying, replenishing
- Master merchandising codes and the staging of collections in coherence with the guidelines
Field responsibilities & confirmed posture
- Guarantee the opening and closing of the point of sale in compliance with internal procedures
- Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in managing unforeseen events or optimizing workflows
- Participate in the transmission of Bompard's DNA through your demeanor, your discourse, and your involvement with support teams
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in sales, ideally in the fashion, high-end, or luxury universe
- Dynamic, curious with a real sensitivity to fashion and fine materials
- Proactive and unifying, you enjoy working in a team
- Immaculate presentation, sense of service, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Mastery of literary Arabic would be a plus
