In a growth context, the Cybersecurity department is the center of expertise for Boulanger (France), Electro dépôt (France, Belgium, Spain), Krefel (Belgium), Hifi International (Luxembourg), UnitedB China brands. Within the Cybersecurity department, the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) team is looking for a Business Continuity & TPRM Engineer. This role involves participating in the steering of business continuity at the United.B Group level, coordinating risk analysis, testing continuity plans, preparing for crisis management, and training personnel on continuity procedures, as well as participating in the third-party risk management (TPRM) approach.

Must Have

  • Participate in steering business continuity at the United.B Group level
  • Raise awareness among teams about best practices in business continuity
  • Coordinate based on risk analysis (DMIA/RTO, PDMA/RPO updates)
  • Coordinate departments for comprehensive continuity and recovery plans
  • Animate product leaders on continuity rules and evaluate objective achievement
  • Contribute to cybersecurity governance instances on continuity
  • Create test plans for sensitive application continuity
  • Collaborate with IT teams to regularly test continuity plans
  • Follow up on action plans
  • Prepare and communicate crisis management plans
  • Participate in organizing crisis management exercises
  • Train and raise awareness among personnel on operational continuity
  • Participate in the third-party risk management (TPRM) approach
  • Computer engineering background, specialized in cybersecurity
  • Successful experience in this type of position

In a growth context, the Cybersecurity department is the center of expertise for the Boulanger (France), Electro dépôt (France, Belgium, Spain), Krefel (Belgium), Hifi International (Luxembourg), UnitedB China brands.

Within the Cybersecurity department, the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) team.

Your main responsibilities:

  • You participate in steering business continuity at the United.B Group level and raise awareness among teams about best practices:
  • Participate in developing the continuity strategy
  • Update security policy rules if necessary
  • Maintain the business continuity dashboard
  • You coordinate based on risk analysis
  • Update Maximum Allowable Interruption Times (DMIA/RTO) and Maximum Allowable Data Loss (PDMA/RPO).
  • Coordinate the different departments of the company to ensure that all processes are taken into account in the business continuity and recovery plans.
  • Animate product leaders on compliance with continuity rules and evaluate the achievement of objectives.
  • Contribute to animating the various cybersecurity governance instances on continuity
  • You test
  • Create test plans for sensitive application continuity
  • In collaboration with IT teams, test or ensure the effective regular testing of continuity plans.
  • Follow up on action plans
  • You prepare crisis management
  • Communicate on crisis management plans
  • Participate in organizing crisis management exercises
  • You train and raise awareness
  • Raise personnel awareness of the importance of operational continuity.
  • Train employees on business continuity procedures
  • You participate in the third-party risk management (TPRM) approach
