Job Summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Executive Protection Lead to safeguard C-suite executives during travel and public engagements. This role involves close protection, secure transportation, travel advance planning, operational security assessments, and detailed documentation. The lead will ensure executive safety, maintain communication with the security team, and uphold high standards of vehicle and equipment readiness, contributing to a resilient security culture.

Must Have

  • Provide close protection and other security-related functions for executives.
  • Provide secure transportation for C-suite executives.
  • Conduct travel advance planning, including logistics and security assessments.
  • Participate in advance survey, threat assessments and event planning.
  • Complete suspicious activity reports, incident reports, shift logs, and other administrative requirements.
  • Maintain timely and effective communication with the Operations Manager and other team members.
  • Ensure vehicles are always clean and operating within safety and maintenance guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain protective, operations, and communications equipment.
  • Strong experience with residential security programs, executive protection, intelligence analysis, risk assessments, and executive communications.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with concierge-level customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including travel as required.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, and occasional stressful physical activity.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

  • Multi-National Protective Services experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid EMT Certification.
  • Works well in a team environment and gets hands-on to complete tasks.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, incident management systems, and other relevant software platforms.
  • Familiarity with various technology tools and databases used in security operations.
  • Prior Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience.
  • Valid BSIS Guard Card.
  • Valid BSIS Firearms Permit.
  • Valid California Concealed Weapon Permit or LEOSA (HR 218) Credentials.

The Security Special Services Team encompasses Anduril's Crisis Management, Threat Intelligence, Investigations, Travel Security, GSOC and Executive Protection Divisions. ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Protection Lead to join our Executive Protection Program. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our C-suite executives during travel and public engagements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Close Protection: Provide close protection and other security-related functions for executives during domestic and/or international assignments.
  • Driving and Transportation Support: Provide secure transportation for C-suite executives, ensuring their safety and comfort during travel.
  • Travel Advances: Conduct travel advance planning, including logistics and security assessments for all executive trips.
  • Operational Planning: Participate in advance survey, threat assessments and event planning to ensure access control, asset protection, confidentiality, and other security matters are adequately addressed through a written plan accepted by stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Data Tracking: Complete suspicious activity reports, incident reports. shift logs, pattern of life reports, medical treatment reports, and other administrative requirements. Track service data related to executive protection activities to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.
  • Communication: Maintain timely and effective communication with the Operations Manager and other team members to coordinate security efforts. Recommend and implement security measures to enhance security for your areas of focus, our facilities, operations, and people
  • Operations: Ensure vehicles are always clean and operating within all safety and maintenance guidelines. Operate and maintain protective, operations, and communications equipment and promptly identify and escalate deficiencies/failures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated strong experience with: residential security programs, executive protection, intelligence analysis and risk assessments; executive communications
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to our 24/7 operation, to include working a rotating schedule to support operations
  • Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with concierge-level customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including travel as required.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Frequent sitting, standing and/or walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. On occasion, may be required to perform stressful and physical activity.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

US Salary Range

$98,000 - $130,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
