Job Summary
The System Architect for the NCS node will structure, frame, and manage activities related to site infrastructure and organization for the EPR2 project. This involves gathering needs from site teams and system architects, organizing exchanges, defining boundaries between engineering processes (RADIV) and project mode, and specifying temporary installations, access, safety devices, logistics, and provisional networks. The role also includes monitoring the Site Installation Plan, participating in site reviews, managing open points and change requests, and ensuring consistency between site configuration and the product.
Must Have
- Gather needs from site teams and system architects

- Define boundaries between RADIV engineering process and classic project mode activities
- Specify temporary installations, access, vehicle/pedestrian traffic, unloading zones
- Specify safety devices, signage, protections
- Specify logistical flows and waste management
- Specify provisional networks (water, electricity, telecoms, etc.)
- Coordinate related activities in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare input data for RADIV cycle reviews ("Requirement" and "Architecture")
- Monitor the Site Installation Plan (PIC) and associated documents
- Participate in site reviews related to defined requirements
- Manage Open Points and Change Requests related to the site
- Ensure consistency between site configuration and product
- Frame optimization opportunities with system architects and support their technical integration
- Engineer training with specialization in systems, infrastructure, or project management
- Experience in complex project coordination, ideally in nuclear or construction
- Knowledge of RADIV type engineering processes or equivalent
- Ability to communicate with technical and operational stakeholders
- Analytical mind, rigor, synthesis ability, and autonomy

Job Description
As part of the EPR2 project development, the NCS node brings together all subjects related to site construction, directly linked to product integration on site. This node links the requirements of the RADIV engineering process with the realities on the ground.
Your future team
Under the supervision of Adrien, Technical Pilot, you will join the teams involved in new reactor projects, from the design phase to the construction and commissioning of the future EPR2 in Penly.
Your missions
The position of System Architect for the NCS node aims to structure, frame, and manage activities related to site infrastructure and organization, in interaction with engineering teams, construction teams, system architects, and internal stakeholders.
In this context, your missions are divided into 2 parts:
🔧 Node Construction:
- Gather needs from site teams and system architects.
- Organize exchanges between the different stakeholders.
- Define the boundaries between activities covered by the RADIV process and those managed in classic project mode.
- Specify the following elements:
- Layout of temporary installations;
- Access, vehicle/pedestrian traffic, unloading zones;
- Safety devices, signage, protections;
- Logistical flows and waste management;
- Provisional networks (water, electricity, telecoms, etc.);
- Coordination of related activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Frame opportunities for perpetuation for the operating phase.
- Prepare input data for RADIV cycle reviews ("Requirement" and "Architecture").
📈 Node Deployment and Management:
- Monitor the Site Installation Plan (PIC) and associated documents.
- Participate in site reviews related to the defined requirements.
- Manage Open Points and Change Requests related to the site.
- Ensure consistency between the site configuration and that of the product.
- Frame optimization opportunities with the system architects responsible for systems, and support their technical integration.
