  • Creative problem-solving and proactive approach

Job Description

As a Traffic Management Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our paid acquisition strategy. You will collaborate with a diverse team of experts, contributing to the growth of our acquisition channels while enhancing your professional skills.

Main tasks and goals:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid acquisition strategies across various channels (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Display Advertising, etc.) to maximize traffic and conversions.
  • Set up and manage campaigns: configuration, tracking validation (Google/Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, affiliate marketing).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
  • Test and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and messaging strategies to continuously improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid acquisition and digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns with a strong track record of success (1-3 years);
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex performance data.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Adobe Analytics.
  • Fluent Level of French and English (at least C1 level).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices in paid acquisition.
  • Proficiency in budget management and performance forecasting.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
