As an IT Management Controller intern, you will collect, analyze, and synthesize budget data, contribute to financial presentations, participate in quarterly closings, analyze budget variances, and provide support on internal processes.

Must Have

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize budget data from various DSIN departments.
  • Contribute to producing summary documents for budget presentations to Financial and General Management.
  • Participate in quarterly closings (provision control, reconciliation of work in progress, etc.).
  • Analyze variances between budget data and actuals, and produce quarterly reports.
  • Conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses as needed by management.
  • Support employees on internal processes (order/invoice management, budget updates, accounting closings, etc.).
  • Administer and monitor the TimeSheet tool (time tracking).
  • Last year Master's student (Bac+5) in management control, management, finance or equivalent.
  • Very good command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation).
  • Autonomy, rigor, dynamism, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Sense of organization, priority management, initiative, and sense of responsibility.

Job Description

The Digital Solutions and Innovations Department (DSIN) is at the heart of the NEXITY Group's strategy, to provide the company with the best tools to fully integrate Digital and new technologies.

Within the DSIN, and reporting to the Management Control Manager, your missions will be as follows:

  • Collection, analysis, and synthesis of budget data from the various DSIN departments
  • Contribution to the production of summary documents for budget presentations for the Financial Department and General Management
  • Participation in quarterly closings in collaboration with the accounting department and Holding management control (control of provisions, reconciliation of work in progress, etc.)
  • Analysis of variances between budget data and actuals, and production of quarterly reports
  • Conducting ad-hoc studies and analyses according to the needs of the management
  • Support for employees on internal processes (order/invoice management, budget updates, accounting closings, etc.)
  • Administration and monitoring of the TimeSheet tool (time tracking)

Qualifications

  • Student in the last year of Master's (Bac+5) in management control, management, finance or equivalent
  • Very good command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation…)
  • Interest in the IT domain and continuous process improvement
  • Autonomy, rigor, dynamism, and good interpersonal skills
  • Sense of organization, priority management, initiative, and sense of responsibility

Internship Conditions

  • 6-month internship, to be filled from January 2026
  • Location: DSIN, Nexity Group, Paris sites
  • Supervision by the IT Management Control Manager
