Job Summary

As an Operations Manager at Enpal.pro, you will be crucial in managing and scaling end-to-end operational processes in the B2B business, focusing on order management, logistics collaboration, and customer service to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth in a dynamic environment.
Must Have
- Responsible for the entire order-to-delivery process, from order entry to timely delivery and installation.
- Develop and optimize SOPs, SLAs, and interface processes between sales, purchasing, logistics, technology, and finance.
- Build system-supported monitoring for order status, backlogs, and escalations, reducing lead times.
- Collaborate closely with logistics and fulfillment partners, planning capacities and ensuring material/resource availability.
- Identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement pragmatic measures for inventory optimization and quality assurance.
- Establish a proactive, solution-oriented service process across all touchpoints.
- Define and monitor service KPIs (e.g., First Response Time, Resolution Time, NPS/CSAT).
- Create enablement guides and playbooks for consistent and scalable processing.
- Create transparency through dashboards, reports, and forecasts for relevant Operations KPIs.
- Identify pain points, prioritize initiatives, and implement pragmatic solutions with clear ROI.
- Act as an interface between operational teams, sales, and management.
- Maintain an overview under high workload, set clear priorities, and stabilize processes in exceptional situations.
- Relevant operational experience in comparable environments with business responsibility.
- Practical responsibility in order-to-delivery/order-to-cash processes.
- Structured, decisive, and solution-oriented work style.
- Clear and target-group-oriented communication in German and English.

As an Operations Manager at Enpal.pro, you play a central role in managing and scaling our operational end-to-end processes in the B2B business. Job Description
- Order Management
- You are responsible for the entire order-to-delivery process - from order entry and availability checks to on-time delivery and installation.
- You develop and optimize SOPs, SLAs, and interface processes between sales, purchasing, logistics, technology, and finance.
- You build a system-supported monitoring for order status, backlogs, outstanding items, and escalations and measurably reduce lead times.
- Logistics Collaboration
- You work closely and collaboratively with our logistics and fulfillment partners, proactively plan capacities, and ensure material and resource availability.
- You identify bottlenecks along the supply chain and implement pragmatic measures for inventory optimization, delivery capability, and quality assurance together with internal teams and external service providers.
- Customer Service
- You establish a proactive, solution-oriented service process across all touchpoints (phone, email, portal) and ensure excellent customer experiences.
- You define and monitor service KPIs (e.g., First Response Time, Resolution Time, NPS/CSAT) and initiate continuous improvements.
- You create enablement guides and playbooks that enable the team to process quickly, consistently, and scalably.
- Operational Excellence and Reporting
- You create transparency through dashboards, reports, and forecasts for relevant Operations KPIs (e.g., OTIF, backlog, installation rate, cancellation rate, service level).
- You identify pain points, prioritize initiatives by impact, and implement pragmatic solutions with a clear ROI.
- You act as an interface between operational teams, sales, and management and bring structure to complex topics to enable informed decisions.
- You maintain an overview even under high workload, set clear priorities, and stabilize processes in exceptional situations with a steady hand.
Qualifications
- You have relevant operational experience in comparable environments with business responsibility - e.g., in renewable energies, field operations, logistics/fulfillment, installation and service networks, e-commerce operations, contracting, construction/crafts coordination or gastronomy/hotel industry - and reliably deliver quality even at a high pace.
- You have taken practical responsibility in the order-to-delivery/order-to-cash process - including scheduling, partner management, escalation handling, and quality assurance.
- You work structured, decisive, and solution-oriented - especially when things need to move quickly - and reliably adhere to quality and safety standards.
- You communicate clearly and appropriately with internal stakeholders and external partners - in German and English.
- You set high quality standards for your work, take responsibility, and independently drive topics to results.
- Nice to have:
