Job Summary
VOID Interactive, creators of the best-selling FPS game Ready or Not, is seeking a skilled and proactive IT System Specialist. This fully remote role supports a global team of 70+ individuals, ensuring secure and efficient operations. Responsibilities include IT support, managing user accounts and access, overseeing software licensing, supporting onboarding/offboarding, and defining IT policies. The specialist will also support cybersecurity initiatives and collaborate on improving IT processes to foster creativity and innovation.
Must Have
- Provide responsive IT support to a fully remote team
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Oversee software licensing, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Draft, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including MFA enforcement and device management
- Document, monitor, and improve technical stack including cloud systems and backups
- At least 8 years of experience in IT Operations and system management for a remote workforce
- Knowledge of IT governance and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments and modern collaboration tools
- Working knowledge of security principles, identity management, and endpoint protection
- Experience in building scalable, secure, and efficient remote IT systems

We’re VOID Interactive, the kick-ass team behind the best-selling FPS game Ready or Not, which has sold over 12 million copies across all platforms. We’re a fully remote, 70+ person studio made up of seriously talented individuals from all over the world who love games and creating exceptional experiences for players.
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive IT System Specialist to support our global team and strengthen the technical foundation of our studio. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our distributed workforce of developers, artists, and partners can work securely and efficiently. You’ll oversee onboarding, manage access to systems and tools, handle vendor relationships, and help define the processes that keep our operations running smoothly. Your expertise and communication skills will be key in shaping a mature, reliable IT and cybersecurity environment that supports creativity and innovation across the studio.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide responsive IT support to our fully remote team, resolving technical issues and maintaining uptime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across cloud platforms and communication tools.
- Oversee software licensing, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining clear documentation and seamless transitions.
- Draft, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best-practice guides for staff and contractors.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, including MFA enforcement, device management, and incident response.
- Document, monitor and improve our technical stack including cloud systems, backups, and access management.
- Collaborate with leadership to mature IT processes and drive operational improvements across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 8 years of proven experience in IT Operations and system management or systems management for a distributed or remote workforce.
- Knowledge and experience of IT governance and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments and modern collaboration tools.
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to document, standardise, and streamline processes.
- Working knowledge of security principles, identity management, and endpoint protection.
- Experience in building scalable, secure, and efficient remote IT systems.
