Multiplayer Programmer

Stairway Games is seeking a full-time Multiplayer Programmer to develop multiplayer features for Coral Island, a re-imagined farm sim game. The role involves implementing and refactoring game code in Unreal Engine 4/5 using C++ and working with third-party authentication services. The company is headquartered in Bali with a fully remote team across Indonesia. Candidates should have a strong understanding of algorithms, networking concepts, and a passion for gaming. Experience with Unity is also welcomed.

Must Have

• Implement multiplayer features in Unreal Engine 4/5 using C++

Stairway Games is looking for full-time Multiplayer Programmers to help develop the multiplayer features for our game. We develop games using Unreal Engine (4.27 and 5.1), where most of our systems are built using C++, but we also welcome experienced Unity Programmers. A 2-week training and transition period are given to strong candidates without Unreal Engine experience.

Stairway Games is headquartered in Bali but has a 100+ person full remote team from anywhere around Indonesia. We’re a fully funded private company with creative freedom and active founders working to grow our studio to deliver high-quality games from Indonesia.
