Must Have

Job Description
The E-commerce CRM Campaign Manager role has a significant influence on both business performance and organizational dynamics for philips.hu. It combines autonomy in campaign planning, responsibility for digital channel optimization, and the ownership of consumer-facing online initiatives.\
The role has been opened for fixed-term contract for maternity cover.
Your role:

The Campaign Manager directly drives consumer demand, lead generation, market positioning, and brand awareness for the flagship online store. The role's strategic initiatives affect digital sales results, help shape public perception, and advance Philips' position in the market. Managing substantial budgets and leading communications allows for real influence on both short-term turnover and longer-term brand trajectory.\
Team and Stakeholders
- Reports to the Senior Marketing E-commerce Manager for Hungary.
- Collaborates with the Sales, Marketing, CE marketing, Trade marketing, and Digital teams.
- Manages a direct report (Digital Specialist).
- Engages with agency partners from briefing to reporting.
- Interfaces with local and regional marketing/media experts, sharing best practices cross-functionally and internationally.\
