Job Summary
As a Finance and Administrative Specialist at Snappr, you will be crucial in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting administrative operations during global expansion. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing expenses, coordinating payroll, and improving financial controls. You will work closely with the CEO's office and other teams, acting as a versatile contributor to maintain seamless day-to-day functions and support Snappr's growth.
Must Have
- Support preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses, payables, and receivables.
- Coordinate and monitor procurement, vendor management, and administrative expenses.
- Develop and improve financial controls and reporting frameworks with the Finance team.
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and employee expense liquidations accurately and on time.
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Process and monitor government payments and other statutory remittances.
- Prepare management reports on cost efficiency, budget adherence, and operational performance.
- Support compliance with tax, audit, and internal policy requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects in financial operations and office administration.
- Manage and issue equity to stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.

About the role:
As Snappr continues its global expansion, maintaining operational excellence across finance and administration is key to scaling efficiently. As a Finance and Administrative Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting process improvements, and strengthening the administrative backbone of our operations. You’ll collaborate closely with the office of the CEO as well as other teams to act as a jack of all trades and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day functions.
##### What you’ll do:
- This role will be wide in scope and allow you to experience many aspects of Snappr’s business. Some of the things you will do include:
- Support the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses, payables, and receivables
- Coordinate and monitor procurement, vendor management, and administrative expenses
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and Finance team to develop and improve financial controls and reporting frameworks
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and employee expense liquidations accurately and on time
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration in partnership with the People Operations team
- Process and monitor government payments and other statutory remittances
- Prepare management reports on cost efficiency, budget adherence, and operational performance
- Support compliance with tax, audit, and internal policy requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects in financial operations and office administration
- Provide any other finance and administrative support as needed
- Manage and issue equity to stakeholders on a quarterly basis
- Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

- At least 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Grit, ownership, and a proactive attitude - you get things done and find ways to improve them
- Fluency in written and spoken English
