Job Summary
As a Lead Demand Generation, you will run Snappr's ABM and B2B demand generation engine, partnering with Sales to drive pipeline from priority accounts across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise. Responsibilities include executing ABM and B2B demand gen strategy, running multi-channel ABM campaigns, owning lead and account operations, partnering with SDRs/AEs on follow-up plays, and reporting on funnel performance to improve conversion. This role requires extreme ownership to drive Snappr's growth.
Must Have
- Execute ABM & B2B demand gen strategy with the Head of Marketing
- Run multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, paid, outbound support, content)
- Own lead + account ops: sourcing, scoring, routing, nurturing
- Partner with SDRs/AEs on cadences and follow-up plays
- Report on funnel performance and experiment to improve conversion
- Take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
- 5+ years in B2B demand gen / ABM
- Proven track record of driving pipeline from target accounts
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least some of: RollWorks, Rb2b, Apollo, Unify, Zapier
- Data-driven, comfortable owning dashboards and funnel metrics
- Self-starter, takes the initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas

About the role:
As a Lead Demand Generation, you will run our ABM and B2B demand gen engine under the guidance of the Head of Marketing. You’ll turn strategy into execution, partnering closely with Sales to drive pipeline from priority accounts across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
What you'll do:
- Execute ABM & B2B demand gen strategy with the Head of Marketing
- Run multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, paid, outbound support, content)
- Own lead + account ops: sourcing, scoring, routing, nurturing
- Partner with SDRs/AEs on cadences and follow-up plays
- Report on funnel performance and experiment to improve conversion
- You’ll be the operator who makes Snappr’s ABM and B2B engine run.

What you'll need:
- 5+ years in B2B demand gen / ABM (SaaS or tech-enabled services a plus)
- Proven track record of driving pipeline from target accounts
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least some of: RollWorks, Rb2b, Apollo, Unify, Zapier
- Data-driven, comfortable owning dashboards and funnel metrics
- Self-starter, takes the initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A "let's get it done" mindset
- Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
