Job Description

SimCorp is seeking an experienced Employer Branding Specialist to bring their brand to life for future and current employees. This role reports to the Director of Brand and is part of the Global Brand team within Marketing. The specialist will develop and execute global strategies to strengthen SimCorp's employer brand through recruitment marketing campaigns and social/digital presence, positioning SimCorp as an employer of choice. They will collaborate across Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture functions. Responsibilities include contributing to strategy development, managing content strategy and creation for employer brand efforts across social media and other channels, planning and executing employer brand marketing initiatives, and amplifying the employer brand promise and messaging. The role requires a strategic and creative mindset, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

This role will report to the Director of Brand and be part of the Global Brand team within the Marketing organization. It will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of global strategies to strеngthen SimCorp's employer brand (EB), including recruitment marketing campaigns and social and digital presence to support and position SimCorp as an employer of choice. This role will play an integral part in bringing SimCorp's employer brand to life and be a true integrator, collaborating across Marketing and working in direct partnership with Talent Acquisition (TA), Communications, and other People & Culture functions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Contribute to strategy development and support the global employer branding program with efforts across global and regional footprints.
  • Content strategy, curation and amplification of SimCorp Employer Brand efforts and showcase of SimCorp culture across social media channels, in partnership with broader Marketing team.
  • Content creation and copywriting for employer brand materials across various channels and formats.
  • Plan, build and execute employer brand marketing plans and initiatives in direct partnership with internal stakeholders across TA and Communications.
  • Help amplify SimCorp's new and refreshed employer brand promise, differentiators, positioning, and messaging at both global and regional levels.
  • Identify awards, certifications and memberships that will help drive SimCorp brand awareness with our candidate audience globally and partner with local recruiters to identify similar opportunities on the regional level.
  • Work with the recruitment team to understand organizational needs, workforce planning and how the shifting agenda impacts our EB initiatives.

  • Social media strategy and content creation experience.
  • Great writing skills - able to craft compelling narratives and adapt tone for different channels and audiences.
  • Professional experience in brand strategy with a creative mindset.
  • Comfortable in a marketing-driven environment. Understands campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and basic project planning.
  • Experience with appropriate channels to support talent acquisition/recruitment efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across various initiatives and meet tight deadlines when needed.
  • Experience using data/market research (surveys, interviews, user tests) to connect dots and ensure end-to-end impact.
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback and prоactive in suggesting improvements.
  • Visual thinker - able to think in shapes, colors, and layouts to ensure thematic consistency (design experience іs а plus but nоt rеquired).
  • Curious and collaborative - works well across teams, shares knowledge, and asks insightful questions.
  • Great communication, collaboration, problem-solving and time management skills to work effectively with your team and across organizational stakeholders.
  • Ability to see the ‘big picture’ to create programs that work holistically.
  • Familiarity with applicable awards, certifications and memberships that would help drive SimCorp awareness as a recruiting tool.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
