atWork Australia is seeking compassionate and tenacious individuals for Employment Services Roles. This on-site, full-time position involves motivating and empowering clients with disability, injury, or health conditions to find meaningful employment. Responsibilities include building employer relationships, placing clients into sustainable jobs, and ensuring compliance and exceptional service. The role emphasizes a person-first approach to transform lives, believing that work is for everyone. No prior employment service experience is necessary, but a current driver's license and Australian citizenship/permanent residency are required.
Must have:
  • Encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance
  • Ensure clients, employers, and partners receive exceptional service
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Job Description

A day in the life at atWork Australia may include:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.

Qualifications

Attributes and Experience:

  • Experience in customer service or a client facing role;
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader atWork Australia family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence.
  • NO PRIOR EMPLOYMENT SERVICE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
