Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the independent commercial and operational management of your restaurant, including budget, ordering, and personnel for about 50 employees, covering recruitment, scheduling, and training.
Good To Have:
- Prior experience as a Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, Sales Manager, or Team Leader
Must Have:
- Independent commercial and operational management of your restaurant
- Responsibility for budget creation, compliance, and reporting
- Demand planning and ordering
- Personnel responsibility for approximately 50 employees, including recruitment, scheduling, and training
- Several years of experience in a leadership position, ideally in gastronomy
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong service mindset and teamwork ability
- High commitment and temporal flexibility
