Must Have
- Independent commercial and operational management of your restaurant

- Demand planning and ordering
- Personnel responsibility for approximately 50 employees, including recruitment, scheduling, and training
- Several years of experience in a leadership position, ideally in gastronomy
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong service mindset and teamwork ability
- High commitment and temporal flexibility
Good to Have
- Prior experience as a Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, Sales Manager, or Team Leader

Job Description
Your tasks as a Restaurant Manager:
- Independent commercial and operational management of your restaurant
