- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
- Experience in reviewing, implementing and maintaining SHE policies, procedures and programs
- Ability to manage Risk Assessment process and conduct monthly safety inspections
- Good interpersonal and English communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Internal auditor for ISO14001/OHSAS 18001 certificate

Education :
- Degree/ Diploma in EHS.
- Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical or Building Services/ any engineering
Experience & Certification :
- At least 8-10 years of relevant safety experience in Chemical or Manufacturing industry
- Certified Fire Safety Manager
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, implementing and maintaining SHE policies, procedures and programs (Including ISO procedures)
- Maintaining SHE processes, documentations and essential licenses and permits
- Updating BaaN code columns and supporting MOC process
- Identifying, addressing and appropriately managing Risk Assessment process that may affect the environment, safety and well-being of our associates and community. Ensure Risk Assessment are update to date for production, warehouse, lab and office activities.
- Conducting monthly safety inspections with SHE team. Keep inspection records and follow up actions.
- Assist SHE & Facilities Manager in sourcing the right contractors, communicating, generating P.I. and follow up with contractors to ensure the job awarded is completed accordingly and on time.
- Developing or modifying SHE training material to suit the target audience
- Assist and actively participate in SHE programs
- Generating P.I When required
