Regional Digital Equipment Marketer

We are seeking a visionary professional to lead digital transformation in specialty chemicals and the paper industry. This role combines engineering expertise with advanced technologies like AI, IoT, AR, and data analytics to deliver significant value to global customers. You will develop and implement innovative digital and equipment solutions, collaborate with diverse global teams, manage product lifecycles, and partner with paper industry clients to create tailored solutions.

Must Have

• Drive digital transformation in specialty chemicals and paper industry.
• Create and deploy innovative digital & equipment solutions.
• Collaborate with global sales, innovation, procurement, marketing, and legal teams.
• Support commercialization and product lifecycle management.
• Partner with paper industry customers to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Hold a degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• Possess an MBA or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate strong digital skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication.
• Have direct experience or strong understanding of paper manufacturing processes.

• Advanced degree (MBA, M.S., PhD).
• Experience with IoT, data analytics, or digital product marketing.
• Background in industrial equipment or specialty chemicals.
• Global collaboration experience.
• Knowledge of paper industry applications, including equipment, chemicals, and digital solutions.
