The Engineer - Technical Operations (QCN) is responsible for content management, scheduling, playback monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation. This includes checking content status, uploading and verifying content, scheduling and booking content, monitoring playback, identifying and resolving technical issues, coordinating with various teams, and providing support. The role involves daily reconciliation of schedules, monitoring theatre playback, identifying connectivity issues, and communicating with external clients to ensure smooth operations. The engineer will also be involved in troubleshooting, providing technical support, and documenting all processes.
