Job Description
As an Engineering Manager in the Brands department, you will lead a talented team of developers in Poland to create innovative mobile apps for LeoVegas' brands like LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK, and Expekt. You will contribute to shaping native leadership with a mobile-first approach and an understanding of software development. Responsibilities include delivering, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, optimizing resource utilization, enhancing performance, and ensuring reliability across cloud platforms. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve and maintain applications with a product focus, and contribute to launching new brands and expanding into new territories.
Must have:
- 5+ years as an engineer
- 3+ years of people management
- Experience leading mobile apps
- Leading and developing teams
- Coaching agile teams
Good to have:
- iGaming experience
- React Native experience

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Engineering Manager in the Brands department you will work and lead a talented
team of developers based in our Poland office to create innovative and high performing
mobile apps for a range of LeoVegas’ brands such as LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK and
Expekt. Along with 4 other Engineering Managers you will shape the future of Native leadership.
You will have a mobile first approach to development, with an understanding of software
Development.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Delivering the Design, build, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and efficient
solutions within your team
● Optimising resource utilisation, enhancing performance, and ensuring reliability
across cloud platforms
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and streamline
processes
● Improve and maintain the applications with a product focus
● Contribute to launching new brands and brand expansions into new territories
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
● Solid engineering background, spending at least 5+ years working as an engineer.
● Strong people management and leadership skills with at least 3+ years of managing
a team.
● Experience in leading or building mobile apps
● Experience in leading and developing people and teams through goals, inspiration,
transparency and trust.
● Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and mentoring agile software
development teams.
NICE TO HAVES:
● Experience from the iGaming
● Experience with React Native
