Job Description

The ChatGPT team at OpenAI focuses on bringing AI technology to consumers and businesses, prioritizing responsible and safe deployment. This role seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive user growth for ChatGPT. The team will enhance discoverability, onboarding, new user experience, and social features through strategic initiatives and rapid experimentation, ensuring responsible and safe AI deployment.
Good To Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering, including 6+ years of experience in engineering management
  • Experience building and leading growth engineering in a fast-paced environment

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic engineering leader to guide our efforts around user growth for ChatGPT. As part of this, your team will improve discoverability, onboarding and the new user experience, social features, and more through strategic bets and rapid experimentation.
