As a Senior Digital Transformation Manager at Aptiv, you will lead strategic digital transformation initiatives across our global operations, with a particular focus on supply chain and procurement optimization. Your role

• Develop and lead digital transformation strategies for supply chain and procurement, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and managing multi-million dollar programs.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business requirements and value-driven solutions.
• Design and implement AI, machine learning, and IoT solutions to optimize supply chain operations, predictive maintenance, procurement automation, and analytics.
• Drive change management and user adoption of digital tools and platforms, ensuring successful integration and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Architect and oversee ServiceNow implementations, including workflow automation, incident management, and enterprise service management, with a focus on governance and best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and ROI, coordinating with IT, data science, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable value from digital initiatives.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation and consulting, including leadership roles in major enterprise technology implementations and large-scale programs across manufacturing, automotive, and technology sectors
• Enterprise AI expertise: Proven experience deploying machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation solutions in large-scale environments.
• ServiceNow proficiency: Experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow across multiple modules and use cases.
• Digital transformation & cloud technologies: Strong background in supply chain and procurement systems (ERP, vendor management), with proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise integration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and strategic recommendations
• Change and stakeholder management: Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives and engaging stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams.
• Project leadership and executive communication: Strong project management skills with experience overseeing budgets and timelines, and effectively influencing C-suite decision-making.
