Must have:
  • Perform equipment assembly based on circuit and mechanical assembly drawings.
  • Receive and inspect parts to ensure no defects and availability for construction, testing, and maintenance.
  • Verify component quality, conduct vacuum leak tests, pressure holding tests, and pre-power-on equipment checks.
  • Carry out production-related tasks and complete execution records as required by documentation.
  • Complete training, departmental tasks, and assignments from supervisors as requested.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (Day shift: 07:00–15:30 / Night shift: 15:30–24:00).
  • College degree or equivalent education.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly and circuit or equipment assembly.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to cooperate with work requirements (e.g., cleanroom operations, high-altitude work, overtime, rotating shifts, and business trips).
Good to have:
  • Ability to read circuit diagrams.
  • Class B electrical & electronic industrial wiring license.

Tainan Display Manufacturing Center

Displays provide a window between people and the information universe. Humans crave information and we live in an era where digital information - entertainment, news, education, social networking, and much more – is readily available. Tainan Display Manufacturing Center (TMC) is the world-class manufacturing facility which lays a strategic role in employing deep display expertise to enable the next generation of displays. The fab helps display makers transform their ideas into reality and pave the way for the next generation of displays.

TMC plays a key role in advancing improvements such as image resolution and quality, size increases, and new form factors as the display industry has evolved from CRTs to LCDs, and now to OLED. These innovations, along with reduced costs, have enabled new products and driven the proliferation of displays that create dynamic and stunning visual experiences for consume.

The facility, which occupies about 5.1 hectares includes two cleanrooms and a laboratory. It is located close to customers in the Tainan Science Park, to provide fast support to our display customers throughout Asia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform equipment assembly based on circuit and mechanical assembly drawings.

2. Receive and inspect parts to ensure there are no defects and that all necessary components are available for construction, testing, and maintenance.

3. Verify component quality, conduct vacuum leak tests, pressure holding tests, and pre-power-on equipment checks.

4. Carry out production-related tasks and complete execution records as required by documentation.

5. Complete training, departmental tasks, and assignments from supervisors as requested.

6. Willing to work rotating shifts (Day shift: 07:00–15:30 / Night shift: 15:30–24:00).

Work Requirements

1. If there is no TOEIC score, an English test will be arranged before the interview.

2. College degree or equivalent education.

3. Mechanical assembly & circuit or equipment assembly related experience, with the ability to read circuit diagrams being a plus.

4. Class B electrical & electronic industrial wiring license is a plus.

5. Teamwork and communication skills.

6. Able to cooperate with work requirements (e.g., cleanroom operations, high-altitude work, overtime, rotating shifts, and business trips).
