Snappr is seeking an Enterprise Operations Associate to join their team and ensure exceptional experiences for enterprise clients. This role involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Photo Editing, Photographer Acquisition, and Operations to manage photoshoots from booking to asset delivery. The associate will also consult clients with photographers, answer questions about the process, resolve scheduling issues, and create business processes to ensure quality and timely completion of client needs. The position requires a "hustle" mentality, taking ownership of Snappr's growth and doing whatever it takes to succeed, contributing to the company's expansion into new global markets.
Must have:
- Bilingual proficiency in English
- 1+ year experience in operations or customer success
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Client-first mentality
- Comfort in Excel
- "Let's get it done" mindset
- Attention to detail with swift execution

About the role:
Snappr is the largest on-demand marketplace for professional photography in the world. We are the fastest growing company in the space, and one of our key sources of growth is enterprise clients. As the B2B Operations Associate it will be your job to ensure Enterprise clients have an exceptional experience with Snappr. Your ability to preemptively solve client issues with cross-functional business partners will directly enable Snappr’s top-line growth and geographical expansion.
What you'll do:
- Help Snappr expand to new markets worldwide by booking photoshoots and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with Snappr
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Photo Editing, Photographer Acquisition, and Operations to ensure client photoshoots are booked and completed in a timely manner and at the highest standard of quality
- Work with photographers to consult clients on the best way to execute on their needs. Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues
- Create business processes to translate client requests into Snappr photoshoots, ensure the quality of those photoshoots, and the successful delivery of all assets back to client
- Support clients and account executives with questions they may have around specific photoshoots
- Communicate with clients and relevant stakeholders internally on the progress and status of client photoshoots
- Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
What you'll need:
- Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
- At least 1 year of experience in a business operations, customer success, or client success management role
- Fantastic phone and email communication skills and client-first mentality
- Comfort in Excel is a must, experience with SQL is a huge bonus
- A "let's get it done" mindset with passion and enthusiasm for exceptional customer service
- The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
