KRAFTON is a collective of independent game development studios creating engaging entertainment experiences. Headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, with EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam, KRAFTON supports local offices and studios. The Amsterdam office also houses PUBG Studios. As the Esports Marketing Coordinator, you will execute regional marketing campaigns, support event promotion, and strengthen PUBG Esports' presence across EMEA through creative storytelling, community engagement, and B2B coordination, including influencer marketing.
Must have:
  • Coordinate and execute regional esports marketing campaigns.
  • Manage B2B relationships including esports talent, creative agencies and media partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, broadcast, partnerships, and business development teams to support promotional initiatives.
  • Lead day-to-day social media planning and publishing workflows in collaboration with design and content stakeholders.
  • Support paid media efforts by liaising with agency partners and internal teams to track performance, share insights, and iterate campaigns.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions for innovative marketing concepts, activations, and community engagement strategies.
  • Monitor esports trends, community feedback, and competitor activity to help inform and refine marketing decisions.
Good to have:
  • Previous experience working directly on an esports product, event, team, or tournament series.
  • Experience working with or managing influencers, co-streamers, or creator partnerships.
  • Exposure to paid media campaign management, including Meta/Google/X/TikTok platforms.
  • Fluency in a second EMEA language (e.g., Turkish, Arabic, German, Russian, French) is a plus, but not required.
  • A passion for gaming or active participation in gaming communities.

Since the release of our flagship title – PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS – in 2017, it has become one of the highest selling video games of all time with over 70 million copies sold.

We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, with regional offices located across the globe.

Our EMEA Headquarters which covers the Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS regions, with teams dedicated to Publishing, Esports, Content, Communications and General Operations. These teams support all local offices and development studios in our region.

Onsite, our office also houses PUBG Studios which is busy with the development of an exciting new IP, currently known as Project “Black Budget”.

As the Esports Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key part in executing regional marketing campaigns, supporting event promotion, and strengthening PUBG Esports' presence across EMEA through creative storytelling, community engagement, and B2B coordination. You will also get involved with our influencer marketing, creating memorable collaborations with PUBG’s top streamers.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute regional esports marketing campaigns.
  • Manage B2B relationships including esports talent, creative agencies and media partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, broadcast, partnerships, and business development teams to support promotional initiatives.
  • Lead day-to-day social media planning and publishing workflows in collaboration with design and content stakeholders.
  • Support paid media efforts by liaising with agency partners and internal teams to track performance, share insights, and iterate campaigns.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions for innovative marketing concepts, activations, and community engagement strategies.
  • Monitor esports trends, community feedback, and competitor activity to help inform and refine marketing decisions.

Required experience:

  • Experience in a marketing, communications, or project coordination role.
  • Familiarity with esports and/or competitive gaming.
  • Proven experience in coordinating or executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities, ideally in entertainment or live event contexts.
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.

“Nice to have” experience:
