Must Have

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between mobile and backend services
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews for best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and ES6+
• Experience with Redux, React Navigation, and mobile app architecture
• Familiarity with native modules (Android/iOS) and third-party libraries
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging tools
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years in React Native

Role Summary
