React Native Developer

Concentrix is seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to lead feature development for a new mobile application project. This role involves building high-quality, performant, and maintainable React Native code, collaborating closely with the Solutions Architect, backend engineers, QA team, designers, and other team members. The engineer will define and lead front-end architecture, coding styles, and development practices, ensuring all features are testable, reliable, and aligned with the client’s vision. Participation in Agile ceremonies and implementation of best practices for code quality and performance optimization are also key responsibilities.

Must Have

• Design, develop, and maintain core features and components in a React Native mobile application.
• Define and lead front-end architecture, coding styles and development practices.
• Lead and conduct collaborative code reviews.
• Work with QA engineers and business analysts to ensure features are testable, reliable, and well documented.
• Collaborate with designers, solution architect, and product teams.
• Implement best practices for code quality and performance optimization.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end or mobile development.
• At least 3 years working with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and tools from the React ecosystem.
• Strong opinion on best practices for software design and architecture.
• Solid understanding of unit testing, QA collaboration, and agile methodologies.
• Deep grasp of Git best practices, including trunk-based development and feature flagging workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving attitude.

In this role, you will build high-quality, performant, and maintainable React Native code while collaborating closely with the Solutions Architect, backend engineers, QA team, designers, and other team members to deliver the best possible product aligned with the client’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core features and components in a React Native mobile application.
• Define and lead front-end architecture, coding styles and development practices across the codebase.
• Lead and conduct collaborative code reviews.
• Work with QA engineers and business analysts to ensure all features are testable, reliable, and well documented.
• Collaborate with designers, solution architect, and product teams to translate requirements and wireframes into implemented features.
• Implement best practices for code quality and performance optimization.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies — providing technical insight during sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end or mobile development, including at least 3 years working with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and tools from the React ecosystem.
• Strong opinion on best practices for software design and architecture.
• Solid understanding of unit testing, QA collaboration, and agile methodologies.
• Deep grasp of Git best practices — ideally experience with trunk-based development and feature flagging workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving attitude.
