Job Summary
Serve as a brand ambassador for De'Longhi, handling incoming and follow-up customer enquiries via phone, web form, or web chat. Follow established procedures to address customer needs promptly and professionally, including processing warranty claims and coordinating repair services. Provide technical troubleshooting support and guidance, resolve complaints, process orders, arrange refunds, and provide product information to ensure a seamless customer experience. Assist with all aspects of the purchasing process and strive to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Must Have
- Knowledge of Czech at C1/C2 and English at B2 level
- Ability to work with multiple systems and platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to empathize with customers while maintaining an objective point of view
- Ability to work in a team, positive attitude, and ability to support colleagues
