Position:

Receptive Support Analyst

• Multichannel service (voice, chat, and email) with empathy and quality.
• Transform every interaction into a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellence in support.

Benefits

✅ Salary: R$1,518.00 + Guaranteed bonus of R$303.60 + Variable remuneration of R$227.70

✅ Schedule: 6x1, with fixed Sundays off

✅ Hours: 2:20 PM – 8:40 PM

✅ Location: Rua José Loureiro, 376 - Centro, Curitiba, PR (On-site)

Requirements

High school diploma

Minimum age: 18 years

Differential: experience in multichannel service (voice, chat, and email)

Good typing skills and ability with simultaneous systems

Familiarity with technology
