Job Description
As an ETL Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing new ETL, complex enhancements, and modifying existing code using Informatica PowerCenter. This includes working independently to develop, configure, and unit test programs from specifications. You will collaborate with data architects and the reporting team on ETL development efforts. Your responsibilities also involve designing and documenting ETL solutions, estimating work effort, and providing status updates. You'll coordinate the development work of both offshore and onshore Informatica ETL developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and supporting their development. Additionally, you will provide technical and level three troubleshooting and operational support, creating and maintaining best practices for the ETL development team and preparing runbooks. You will identify improvements to the data warehouse environment and escalate issues as needed.
Good To Have:
- 7+ years of experience in a Lead development role for a data warehouse.
- 10+ years of experience in development, maintenance, and enhancements of Informatica Mappings, Workflows, and processes.
- Experience working with complex SQL for ETL development.
- Proven, hands on experience with development, maintenance, and enhancements of Informatica Mappings, Workflows, and processes.
- Expertise with integration technologies and processes.
Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience in a Lead development role for a data warehouse.
- 10+ years of experience in Informatica Mappings, Workflows, and processes.
- Experience working with complex SQL for ETL development.
- Proven, hands-on experience in Informatica Mappings, Workflows, and processes.
