Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at welevel, you'll provide high-level support to the leadership team, managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements; preparing reports and correspondence; handling confidential information; assisting in meetings; and supporting administrative tasks for the executive team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication in German and English, and a high level of professionalism and discretion. The role is crucial in keeping executives organized and focused on strategic goals within a dynamic and innovative gaming studio setting.
