We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Int to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner, helping executives stay focused on high-impact initiatives by managing schedules, communications, logistics, and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management
    • Proactively manage complex calendars, including internal and external meetings, travel, and personal time blocks
    • Prioritize meeting requests, resolve conflicts, and ensure adequate preparation time
  • Communication & Correspondence
    • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
    • Draft, edit, and manage professional emails, memos, and reports
    • Handle confidential communications with absolute discretion
  • Travel & Event Coordination
    • Plan and book international and domestic travel (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
    • Coordinate logistics for offsites, board meetings, conferences, and executive events
  • Administrative Support
    • Prepare presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
    • Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up as needed
    • Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and reimbursements
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Improve administrative processes and tools to enhance productivity
    • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and calendar tools
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in [industry, e.g., technology, finance, healthcare]
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Asana, Confluence)

The salary range for this position is: $53,140.06 - $64,859.93 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
