We are looking for a Compensation Senior Specialist that is passionate about executive compensation. This role will require technical competencies, strong project management skills and strong quantitative skills to support complex, global projects.

Executive Compensation Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage materials for Board Committee meetings including coordinating with stakeholders and tracking meeting follow-ups.
  • Evaluate peer compensation programs, industry trends and SEC filings (e.g., proxy statements, annual reports, 8-Ks, Form 4s).
  • Provide information for regulatory filings and reports, including the Compensation Discussion & Analysis section of the proxy statement.
  • Monitor regulatory developments to ensure continued compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments on executive compensation design, governance, and disclosure considerations and requirements.
  • Analysis of executive compensation (e.g., benchmarking).

We expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree; concentration in analytical field such as finance, accounting or economics preferred
  • 5+ (five) years of relevant compensation experience, executive compensation experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong project management, planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skill and knowledge of market benchmarking and survey leveling structure
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a global team environment
  • Experience with Workday is preferred, experience with Beqom a plus

This is a full-time permanent position located in New York.  

This position can be located in LOCATION, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
