We are looking for an Expense Management Analyst (SAP Concur) to join our #oneTeam in Athens. In this role, you will act as the expert for our SAP Concur system, ensuring all employee expense reports are compliant with group policies while driving process improvements and providing excellent user support. You will also manage user access, generate reports, and lead SAP Concur implementation for new group companies, working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial depiction and timely processing of expense reports.
Must have:
  • Review and audit employee expense reports for policy adherence.
  • Design and implement process improvements for expense reporting.
  • Act as primary contact for SAP Concur and expense reporting queries.
  • Develop and maintain SAP Concur training materials.
  • Manage user access and administrative tasks within SAP Concur.
  • Collaborate with accounting for accurate expense reporting in ERP.
  • Ensure timely processing of expense reports.
  • Analyze expense data for trends and insights.
  • Lead SAP Concur implementation for new group companies.
  • Serve as group-wide SAP Concur expert.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Relevant financial reporting, accounting, or tax experience.
  • Hands-on experience as SAP Concur power user or administrator.
  • Strong MS Office and Excel knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English.
Good to have:
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central/Navision is a plus.

Let's start with the role

We are looking for an Expense Management Analyst (SAP Concur) to join our #oneTeam in Athens. In this role, you will act as the expert for our SAP Concur system, ensuring all employee expense reports are compliant with group policies while driving process improvements and providing excellent user support.

As an Expense Management Analyst, you will:

  • Review and audit employee expense reports for accuracy and adherence to group policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements for expense reporting and actively participate in discussions on system automations to enhance the user experience and internal review processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees' questions regarding SAP Concur and the expense reporting process.
  • Support in developing and maintaining training materials to ensure all users are well-versed in the system and company policies.
  • Manage user access rights, download custom reports, and perform other administrative tasks within the SAP Concur platform.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure that expense reports and reimbursements are accurately and appropriately depicted in the company's ERP system.
  • Ensure the timely processing of the expense reports.
  • Generate and analyze reports on expense data to identify trends, spot errors or anomalies, and provide valuable insights to management for cost control and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the implementation of the SAP Concur system for new group companies, providing ongoing monitoring and support.
  • Serve as the group-wide SAP Concur expert for all expense reporting policies and procedures.
  • Handle ad hoc requests and participate in projects when requested.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • Relevant financial reporting, accounting, or tax experience with a focus on accounts payable or expense reporting
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a power user or administrator of SAP Concur.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Business Central/Navision is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, quantitative and problem-solving skills, with both strategic and creative thinking.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a curiosity for how technology and automation can improve existing processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
