This role is for an Experienced Analyst within the Transaction Services team, specifically dedicated to banking, insurance, and asset management sectors. You will join a dynamic team, working on both French and international missions, collaborating with a global network. The role involves conducting financial due diligence, analyzing performance, assessing valuation issues, assisting with pricing, reviewing business plans, and drafting financial clauses in contracts. You will work with various stakeholders and autonomously support clients in their decision-making.
Must have:
  • Conduct financial due diligence and financial advisory missions for banking, insurance, and asset management companies.
  • Analyze historical and future performance of targets and identify risks.
  • Determine valuation impacts, including non-recurring items and specific risks.
  • Assist in pricing by preparing financial and valuation models.
  • Review business plans.
  • Review and draft financial and accounting clauses in sale contracts.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (financial departments, lawyers, bankers, consultants, tax specialists).
  • Autonomously advise clients on their decisions.

Within Transaction Services, a team is entirely dedicated to Transaction issues in the banking, insurance and asset management sectors.

You will join a dynamic, human-sized team, where you will be involved in missions both in France and internationally, in collaboration with our network of local offices abroad.

As an experienced analyst, you will work under the direct responsibility of a partner or manager and will be required to lead missions and supervise a team of collaborators.

What you can expect from us:

  • Intervene on all types of companies (regulated and non-regulated entities) in the banking, insurance and/or asset management sectors for financial due diligence (buy-side or sell-side) and financial advisory missions.
  • Analyze the historical and future performance of a target and identify associated risk areas.
  • Establish valuation issues: non-recurring profitability elements that may have an impact on the operational result or EBITDA of the target, elements that may have an impact on the net assets and equity, specific risks to be taken into consideration in the price calculation.
  • Assist in establishing the sale or acquisition price through the preparation of financial and valuation models.
  • Review business plans.
  • Review and draft the financial and accounting clauses of sale contracts.
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders: financial departments, lawyers, investment bankers, strategy consultants, tax specialists, etc.
  • Accompany your clients autonomously on your subjects in their decision-making.

  • You are a graduate of a business school, engineering school or equivalent university degree in finance.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience related to our businesses in the financial sector (banking, insurance or asset management).
  • Your English level is fluent.
  • You are recognized for your technical expertise but also for teamwork.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and a real business sense.
